Resource Hunters HR Pvt Ltd, a professionally managed approved overseas Recruitment consultancy firm urgently requires for its Corporate office at Kochi and Branch office at Chennai following personnel:
1) RECRUITMENT MANAGER: 01 – MALE
Minimum 5 years experience in field recruitment. Graduate preferably with bulk recruitment background from the field. Age: below 40yrs. Should be dynamic with team management and motivational skills. Go getter, organized, systematic and target oriented. Budgeting & forecasting acumen. Planning and Organising interviews. Excellent personality. Building client relationship. Knowledge in the geographical distribution of skilled personnel across India. Ready to travel extensively across India. Computer savvy especially in Excel. Presentation skills. Data Management of personnel and interpreting skills. Performance evaluation of team members. Coordination & follow up with all stakeholders.
2) RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVES : 02 MALE LOCATION: KOCHI/CHENNAI
Minimum 3 years experience in the bulk field recruitment. Graduate in any discipline. Age: below 35 yrs. Should be dynamic and ready to travel extensively across India. Go getter, organized, systematic and target oriented. Computer savvy especially in Excel. Coordination & follow up with candidates.
3) Sr. PLACEMENT EXECUTIVE : Male / FEMALE (PREFERRED)
Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment (online sourcing and talent hunt for Sr. placement). Graduate in any discipline. Age: below 35 yrs. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam is a must. Good personality. Skills in analyzing CVs and Identifying professionals for Senior Placement. Go getter, organized, systematic and target oriented. Computer savvy especially in Excel. Coordination & follow up with all stakeholders.
4) HR EXECUTIVE : Male / FEMALE 01 KOCHI
Minimum 3-5 years Experiences in HR field by handling a team size of 20 plus team. Graduate with HR background. Handling & troubleshooting Customer grievances. Well-versed in all HR functions.
5) Front office Executive: 01 (Female)
Minimum 3 years experience. Age: below 30 years; Qualification: Plus Two or Degree. Pleasant and service-oriented attitude. Knowledge in front desk management. Receiving & handlings guests. Support service to Office of the Management Heads. Data Management/keeping relevant registers etc. Multi-linguistic with proficiency in Reading & Speak, Excellent communication skill in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Excellent at DTP, Letter drafting skill, expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Good typing speed.
